Isaac was doomed to live a very pampered existence, despite his attraction to the glitz that only pedestrian bridges could offer. Oh, how he yearned for a simpler life with a constant view of construction zones, steamboats, and bicyclists.

She flashes a toothless grin. (Actually, she has recently acquired 2 incisors.) Some people go to the capital of Texas for the art and the networking. Iris went there for the all-you-can-eat buffet on the lawn and her own personal snooze-fest.
Jet-lagged and crashing over dinner. Sure, all appears sublime here with the fortune cookie slips of paper and the dried residue of an after-dinner martini. What you don't see is the storm that preceded this calm. They would soon discover that the concrete path would turn to gravel. And even through all the bumps, the gentle Austin breeze would sing Iris back to sleep.

The miniature stuffed horsey gave him a false sense of reality. When it rang, Iris became his assistant who willingly screened all of his calls. And then, a split-second later, he felt the urge to convert the horse into a furry head piece for his sister.
