Today is one of my favorite days. And it has something to do with a dear sweet vibrant boy who entered my life 5 years ago. I figured this might be a good excuse to showcase one of my proudest experiences with him, naturally on my favorite trail. In June, he hiked the whole Cox Mountain loop with me. Nearing the end of the trail, just when I thought he could go no further, that's when he met a little guy Isaac decided to call Stirling Toad.

On the day the flower fairies came fluttering through our town, we all watched with wonder as they marched and frolicked in their sleeveless gowns. There were a couple of yellow-winged cuties in particular who reminded me of my own.
